Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains the terms of sale for all purchases made through BLOOM at get.bloomretouch.com, including the BLOOM Photoshop plugin, retouching presets, and the Premium Overlay Pack.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, BLOOM does not offer refunds on any purchase, including the annual plugin subscription, order bumps, upsells, and overlay packs. Please review the product details, demos, and FAQ on our sales page carefully before purchasing.
1. Digital Products
BLOOM sells digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once you have downloaded or accessed the BLOOM plugin, presets, or overlay files, the product cannot be returned, retracted, or revoked. For this reason, all purchases are non-refundable.
2. No Refund Policy
By completing a purchase from BLOOM, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All sales are final and non-refundable
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to use the product
- Refunds will not be issued because Photoshop is incompatible with your system, you are unfamiliar with Photoshop, or the product does not match your personal workflow — system requirements and feature details are clearly listed on the sales page prior to purchase
- Refunds will not be issued on order bumps or upsells purchased alongside the main product
3. Annual Subscription & Cancellation
The core BLOOM plugin is sold as an annual subscription that automatically renews each year on the anniversary of your original purchase.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@bloomretouch.com
- Cancellation stops all future renewals — no further charges will be made
- Cancellation does not refund the current active term, and you will retain access to BLOOM until the end of your paid period
- Active subscribers benefit from our price-lock guarantee: your renewal rate will not increase for as long as your subscription remains uninterrupted
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue with the BLOOM plugin or overlays, please contact us at support@bloomretouch.com before taking any other action. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including providing installation help, replacement files, or troubleshooting support. We are committed to making sure every customer can successfully use the product they purchased.
5. Chargebacks
If something is wrong with your purchase, please contact us first at support@bloomretouch.com. We are a small, responsive team and will work quickly to make it right. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate account suspension and the permanent loss of access to all BLOOM products. Fraudulent chargebacks may also be reported and pursued through the appropriate channels.
6. Quarterly Updates
Active subscribers receive quarterly product updates, including new presets, improvements, and overlay additions. These updates are included as part of the value of an active subscription.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
